Nigel provided my family and I with just the kind of service that warrants a 6-star review it it was possible to leave one. We’d recently bought a house in north van and were aware we’d have a mold issue in the attic. Fearing the worst we prepared to replace the roof. That’s when Nigel came to take moisture readings and to advise us on where we should go from there. On his advice we saved a TON of money by installing a fan to ensure there was adequate air circulation in the attic. He even answered my calls and my text messages while I was shopping for the right kind of fan with kindness and with the patience that we can all appreciate. Thanks to Nigel we have lowered the moisture content in the attic to the point where we are no longer fearing the worst. I would highly recommend this company if Nigel’s work is any indication of what you get from Malkin Cleaners.

Honest and reliable guys. Really appreciate Nigel for coming to our house and give us recommendations for Mould removal. He came promptly. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He did not tried to fleece us by giving over the park estimates. He genuinely told us the most cost effective way. Nice guys like him are very hard to find. Would recommend him for any and every work he does.

Nigel arrived right on time and was very helpful in assessing the situation with our water leak. He was friendly and professional and helped us understand the options and which ones were likely to be the most practical (and cost-effective!). And he didn’t even charge for his assessment! Super great service and we are very appreciative!
